About the Company

NextRoll is a platform for managing marketing campaigns with machine learning technologies. The patented software uses a trial-and-error algorithm to determine which ads work best.

NextRoll platform is linked to client pages, such as an online Shopify-based store, and determines which ads drive users to buy the most. Constant repetition reveal certain patterns and the best ads claim a larger portion of the budget.

The software tracks which images get the most attention and where users click "Buy Now." Clients include DocuSign, Salesforce, Slack, Snowflake, Zoom, Okta and others.

Financials and Valuation

NextRoll's annual revenues reached $175M in 2020. The company predicts record eight-digit EBITDA and 400% growth in 2021.

The company has raised $111M over 10 funding rounds. Its valuation is low compared to competitors. For example, 6Sense, which is comparable in size to NextRoll's Rollworks unit, raised $200M in January 2022 at a valuation of $5.2B.

The company is expected to go public in late 2022 or early 2023. One of NextRoll's first investors is Peter Thiel, the co-founder of PayPal and Palantir and one of the first outside investors in Facebook, LinkedIn and Yelp.
